Carrollton Utilities goal is to provide safe, reliable gas service to our customers and non-customers to ensure the safety of people living and/or working near our gas pipelines. A part of this commitment is our Pipeline Awareness Initiative.

Carrollton Utilities’ three major objectives of the initiative are:

1. To ensure that our non-customers are aware that our natural gas pipeline is within 25 feet of their property.
2. To provide contact information if they have any questions regarding natural gas pipelines, and safety.
3. To be sure Carrollton Utilities is following the federal regulations as a natural gas distribution system.
